These terms govern your use of the notrackcoder.com website and any account you create on it. By using the site you agree to them.

Accounts

You may create an account with an email and password or with Sign in with Google. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and do not impersonate others.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, and do not use it to break the law. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms.

The software

The NoTrack Coder desktop application is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. It runs locally on your machine and you are responsible for the commands you allow it to run and for the models and services you connect it to. Downloads and pricing are described on the site and may change.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NoTrack Coder is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website or the software.

Changes

We may update these terms; the “last updated” date above reflects the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
